See where communities support girls’ and young women’s health, agency, and economic participation—and where they’re lagging—down to the neighborhood. Track change over time and target what to do next.

What It Is

A decision-making platform that measures gender norms and community context routinely in Kenya and Nigeria—so programs can design and adapt with local precision.

Combine survey data and satellite imagery using machine learning to produce ward-level insights – updated on program-relevant cycles (e.g., quarterly).

National averages hide where progress is stalling. Hyperlocal data shows where barriers are concentrated, which norms matter most, and how to target strategies for greater impact.

Fraym validated the G-NORM scale with nationally representative data in Kenya and Nigeria. It fills a critical data gap in gender-focused research, providing stakeholders with reliable, high-quality data to track shifts in gender norms over time, compare trends within and across countries, and inform evidence-based interventions and policies.
