US Vaccine Uptake Dashboard
The National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) has provided funding for this pilot project, working in collaboration with the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM) and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).
This dashboard aims to improve US adult vaccine uptake by addressing motivation and access barriers to getting vaccinated against COVID-19, influenza (flu), RSV, and pneumococcal disease. Users can view health data at the state, county, and zip code levels and compare geographies based on intent to get vaccinated.
National Comparison Page
This page provides users with a high-level overview of the US adult population’s intent to get 1 of 4 vaccines. Users can select a disease to see a heat map of the proportion of adults in all 50 states and Washington, DC that intend to get vaccinated in the next 12 months. Next, users can select a state and compare it to the national average.
State-Level Deep Dive
Here users can view adult intent to get vaccinated across all counties within a selected state. Next, users can select a county to compare it against the state average, and zoom in to view zip code level data.
County-Level Deep Dive
This page provides the same insights but for every zip code in the county. Users can see how much adult intent to get vaccinated varies even among neighboring communities.
Immunization Outreach
This page is designed to provide users with critical insights into the selected geography across sociodemographic and psychographic indicators. This includes the best channels to reach specific target populations.
